Download the EQONEX app on the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app and click Join Now.

Fill in the registration form. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then press Create Account.

EQONEX will send an activation link to your registered email. You must click this link to continue the setup.

Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox folder. The verification link is valid for 24 hours only.

ONBOARDING PROCESS

Complete your KYC verification to access the full range of EQONEX features.

To complete KYC, you will need to send us:

  • Identification document: A government-issued document (i.e., Passport or National ID card) detailing:

    • Full name (including any aliases)

    • Unique identification number

    • Date and place of birth

    • Nationality

  • Proof of address: A utility bill OR a bank/credit card statement dated in the last three months. Please note: We accept the following utility bills: Gas, Electric, Water, Landline Phone, or Broadband Internet, but we do not accept mobile / cell phone bills.

Refer to Know Your Customer (KYC) document guidelines for further details.

Step 1: Log in to your EQONEX account.

Step 2: Tap Next to enter your Personal Information.

Step 3: Provide residential information.

Please provide your nationality, country of residence, residence/national ID number (if your country does not have a national ID system, you may input your social security number, driver's license number, or passport number), and residential address (based on your country of residence).

Step 4: Answer some questions required by financial regulations, including your employment status, monthly income, source of funds, and estimated monthly deposits.

Step 5: Upload your ID.

Please upload a copy of a valid document. A picture of your ID or its photocopy will not be accepted. Files must be in PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF formats, and the maximum individual file size is 10 MB.

EQONEX will immediately perform a primary check on your provided details, and we may also request an additional Proof of Address document (if needed). At this point, you have reached Identification Level 2. Refer to Identification levels for details regarding the trading abilities for each Identification level.

Our KYC team will email you as soon as possible to confirm your EQONEX account.

We encourage you to complete your verification within 30 business days from submitting your documents to avoid account suspension.
