The new password policy rules are as follows:

  • Must be at least 8 characters long

  • Must contain at least one uppercase letter

  • Must contain at least one lowercase letter

  • Must contain at least one number

  • Must contain at least one special character such as:
    ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ `

We understand that this might cause some inconvenience, but password security enhancement is one of the safeguards to secure your assets.

We encourage you to please update your password the next time you log in. You may find the instructions to do so, here. Please note that if you have 2FA enabled, you will still need to input your 2FA to complete log-in.
