This article aims to assist you if you have forgotten to attach the reference ID to the bank transfer meant for your deposit.

Wiring to Primetrust

In this case, please let us know as soon as possible at help@eqonex.com. We will get in touch with Primetrust in order to have your deposit identified and assigned correctly. Please note that without the reference ID, the deposit will take slightly longer than usual to be credited to your EQONEX account.

Wiring to Signature Bank

As long as you have a “pending” deposit request connected to the correct receiving bank (Signature), we will be able to identify and assign the funds.

If you do not have a “pending” deposit request ready, or if such request is not connected to the correct receiving bank, we may ask you to create a new deposit request.
