Wiring to Prime Trust

If you have not initiated the wire transfer and would like to update the amount of money in your deposit request, please create a new deposit request for the amount you want to send, then initiate the wire using the new reference ID.

If you have initiated the wire with the new amount, please create a new deposit request for the correct amount, then contact our Customer Support at help@eqonex.com as soon as possible. We will get in touch with Prime Trust to have your funds assigned to the correct deposit request.

Wiring to Signature Bank

If you have not initiated the wire, please create a new deposit request for the amount you want to send, then initiate the wire using the new reference ID.

If you have initiated the wire, please inform our Customer Support Team at help@eqonex.com. We can have your funds allocated to your EQONEX account once they arrive at our bank account, without the need for a new deposit request.
