At EQONEX, you will not be locked out of your account by inputting incorrect credentials multiple times. However, entering incorrect credentials will push an Unsuccessful Attempt to Login email to be sent to your inbox. This email includes information about the logged-in location, IP address, and device (browser) details.

If you did not make the indicated log-in attempt, please change your password and freeze the account immediately.

Your account password is the first defense against a third party attempting to gain access to your exchange account, as such, we recommend using a strong password (generally 16 characters long with at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 symbol, and 1 number).
