In the event that you forget your password, you may use the following steps to successfully do a reset:

Step 1: Click on Log In on the top right of the landing page, then Forgot password?

Step 2: You'll be asked to enter your email address.

Step 3: An email with the password reset instructions will be sent to you. Click on Reset Password in the email.

Step 4: Type in the new password you want to use. It must contain at least 8 characters including:

  • 1 lowercase letter

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 number

  • 1 special character

After clicking Reset Password, you will receive a confirmation email.

For your security, the withdrawal request and reset 2-Factor Authentication will be disabled for 48 hours upon the password reset.
