A step-by-step guide to getting started on EQONEX.
Creating an account on EQONEX is a simple process, and you have the option to complete the entire application process at once or delay account verification if you are not ready.
Step 1: Click Sign Up on the top right of the landing page.
Step 2: Fill in the registration form with your email address and password of choice. Accept the Terms and Conditions. Finish your application by selecting Create Account.
Step 3: You will receive a verification email. In the email, click on Verify My Email.
If you do not see the email in your inbox folder, please check your junk mail or spam folder. Note that this verification link is valid for 24 hours only.
Once you have clicked on Verify My Email, you will be re-directed to the EQONEX website to log in.
Upon logging in, you will be automatically taken to submit your personal information and documents for identity verification.
Please note that you will only be allowed to make a deposit and trade once you have submitted your information and documents for identity verification. To make a withdrawal, your application will need to be approved.
If you intend to complete the application process at once, you will need to have the following on hand:
A valid government-issued ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
A Proof of Address
A mobile phone to take a picture of your documents and take a selfie
In addition, we strongly recommend our customers to download a 2-Factor Authentication app to set up 2FA to further protect your EQONEX account.
